Because our appointment times book up quickly, we always encourage patients to pre-book for their next appointment before they leave our office, to ensure they reserve the time of their choice.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, so if you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we ask that you provide a 24-hour courtesy notice. There is a $50 charge for any appointment cancelled within 24-hours of the start time, including complimentary consultations.
For no-show appointments, the charge is 50% of the service.
Credit Card Number Requested to Hold First Appointment
In light of the above cancellation policy, we do require that all new clients of Skin Rejuvenation Clinic provide a credit card number at the time they book their first appointment. The credit card information is kept private and is not kept on file past your first appointment.
