To book an appointment, call our office at (952) 920-6545 and our friendly concierge will find a time that is convenient for you. Because our appointment times book up quickly, we always encourage patients to pre-book for their next appointment before they leave our office, to ensure they reserve the time of their choice.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, so if you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we ask that you provide a 24-hour courtesy notice. There is a $50 charge for any appointment cancelled within 24-hours of the start time, including complimentary consultations.
For no-show appointments, the charge is 50% of the service.
Arriving on Time / Late Arrivals
We ask all new clients to arrive 10 minutes in advance to complete intake paperwork before your appointment, that way we can ensure it doesn't cut into your allotted time.
Because most days, our providers see patients back-to-back, we may be unable to see you if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment. If you know you are running late, please call us at (952) 920-6545 and we will tell you if we can still accomodate you. If not, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
Credit Card Number Requested to Hold First Appointment
In light of the above cancellation policy, we do require that all new clients of Skin Rejuvenation Clinic provide a credit card number at the time they book their first appointment. The credit card information is kept private and is not kept on file past your first appointment.
