Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, so if you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we ask that you provide a 24-hour courtesy notice. There is a $50 charge for any appointment cancelled within 24-hours of the start time, including complimentary consultations. For no-show appointments, the charge is 50% of the service.

 

 

 

Credit Card Number Requested to Hold First Appointment

In light of the above cancellation policy, we do require that all new clients of Skin Rejuvenation Clinic provide a credit card number at the time they book their first appointment. The credit card information is kept private and is not kept on file past your first appointment. Skin Rejuvenation Clinic reserves the right to charge $50 for any appointment where a patient does not show up or does not call to cancel their appointment within 24 hours.

 

 

 

Forms of Payment Accepted

Young Children

We love children but due to the private nature of our business and the fact that we offer laser and injectable services which are not always appropriate for young children to witness, we don't feel our office is an ideal place to bring children under the age of 10. We ask that you make prior child care arrangements for your young children. We hope that this will also make for a much more relaxing experience for you as well!
