NEW! Blizzard Laser Peel

This 4 to 8 micron laser peel is done by a trained medically-trained aesthetician. If you receive regular chemical peels and/or microdermabrasion services but are looking to take the next step in terms of results and depth of peel, the Blizzard Laser Peel is perfect for you. This mild laser peel will lightly ablate the outermost layer of the skin. We use the Zimmer chiller, which cools the skin during the treatment; topical anesthetic is not needed.  This treatment will exfoliate and as it stimulates collagen it will improve the overall tone and texture of your skin. Although some patients have no downtime, it's safe to call this an "overnight peel". You will leave our office with a heavy moisturizer on and your face may feel heated that evening. By the next morning you can resume using your regular moisturizer and make-up. See nice results after just 1 peel or 4 peels for optimal results.

NEW! Hydro-dermabrasion

This new treatment starts with a crystal-free microdermabrasion service to exfoliate the skin. Next, our skilled aesthetician uses a advanced hydro-wand to deliver a pressurized flow of lipid recovery serum into the skin. The serum that penetrates the skin contains a potent plant derived anti-inflammatory with ceramides to reduce redness, increase hydration and repair the skin barrier function.

Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion resurfacing is an exfoliation technique that leaves the skin supple and vibrant. Skin Rejuvenation Clinic uses a crystal-free DiamondTome wand which gently removes the outermost layer of skin with natural diamond chips, while at the same time vacuuming the dead skin cells away in a sterile and controlled manner. Removing this outer layer of dead skin cells leaves a smoother texture and promotes the growth of healthy new skin cells. Unlike other exfoliation treatments, the crystal-free microdermabrasion system uses no loose abrasives to contaminate you or the environment.

Vitalize Peel
The Vitalize Peel by SkinMedica can be used to treat photodamaged skin, fine lines and wrinkles, pigmentary abnormalities, superficial scarring and acne. The treatment takes only 45 minutes and patients can expect to leave the office looking healthy and fresh. Any immediate discoloration can be easily covered with make-up and activities can be resumed right away. Within 48 hours, a mild flaking will occur, which can be controlled with moisturizers. The Vitalize Peel is most effective when repeated every 3 to 4 weeks.

Illuminize Peel

The Illuminize Peel by SkinMedica is a light chemical peel that uses a novel approach to chemical peeling with a newer generation of alpha-hydroxy acids (mandelic acid and malic acid) in combination with phytic acid and commonly used peeling agents (salicylic acid and resorcinol) to maximize skin rejuvenating effects with low irritation.
 

MicroPeel

The MicroPeel by SkinCeuticals (formerly by BioMedic) is our most popular chemical peel. It is a three-step clinical procedure combining dermaplaning (which is a physical exfoliation that removes dead skin cells and facial hair or “fuzz”), chemical exfoliation, and cryogenic therapy to reduce signs of photoaging including fine lines, wrinkles, dullness, and visible skin imperfections. You will see a nice improvement after each peel; we typically recommend a series of 4-6 procedures for the most benefit.

Our aesthetician will cleanse and analyze your skin.  Next, a papaya-pineapple exfoliating mask will be applied to deep clean pores, exfoliate dead surface skin and promote healthy cell renewal.  No facial is complete without a relaxing and corrective massage to nourish the skin and all its structure by stimulating blood circulation.  After extractions, you will leave with a specially designed moisturizer and sunscreen to put a perfect ending to a perfectly great treatment. 

GentleWaves LED Photomodulation

LED Photomodulation is the interaction of light delivered through Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) to activate cells causing them to produce collagen or multiply. The main benefit is a reduction in the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, freckles, brown spots, scars and the amount of redness.  In addition, the treatments are pain free with no downtime at all.  In fact, each GentleWaves treatment takes a mere 30 seconds of time and patients return to normal activities immediately following their treatment. A package of 8 to 10 treatments is traditionally required to achieve maximum results.
