It is very important to us that our patients experience a friendly and relaxing environment. From the moment you arrive for your appointment, you will be warmly greeted by a staff member and offered a bottle of water or a hot beverage from our coffee/tea bar. You will then spend time in our relaxing patient lounge with comfortable seating, complimentary Wi-Fi, iPads to use and a wide array of reading materials. Many patients find themselves engrossed by the monitor showcasing Ann_Consult_3hundreds of our before and after transformations. You will then be escorted to our second floor for your skin rejuvenation service. 

If you are here for your first consultation, expect to spend 30 minutes of your consultation in a one-on-one with one of our skilled cosmetic physicians, discussing your cosmetic wishes and getting their expert opinion and a treatment plan to take home. You will also spend 15 minutes of your free consultation with one of our skin care experts who will complete a thorough skin health analysis and focus on product and skin care education. At any time during your visit, we invite you to shop and browse the many high-quality, medical-grade skin care products displayed in our first-floor retail store.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Since we opened back in 2004, we have offered FREE 30-minute consultations with a physician. Where else can you have a half-hour of a skilled cosmetic physician’s undivided attention at no cost?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy to protect the valuable time of our providers, particularly the free time we are providing. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we ask that you provide a 24-hour courtesy notice otherwise you may be charged a service fee for the provider’s lost time. In light of our 24-hour cancellation policy, when booking appointments, we require a credit card number to secure your appointment. Although our consultations are free, we reserve the right to charge $50 for any appointment cancelled less than 24-hours before the start time, including complimentary consultations. 

Payments Accepted:

Payment is due at the time of your service, before you leave our office. We make no exceptions and do not bill or invoice for services. We do not accept or bill insurance.

We gladly accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. As of October 2015, we will no longer be accepting checks as a form of payment. 

CareCredit Financing:

We gladly offer financing through CareCredit. We offer a 6-month no-interest plan as well as several extended-month payment plans. CareCredit is a very fast, convenient and secure way to finance your cosmetic services. To get pre-approved before your appointment, click here.

On Time Arrival:

We ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment which means allowing time for traffic and parking. For new consultations, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your appointment to fill out the necessary intake paperwork.

Our patients’ time is valuable, so we try our best to ensure appointments run on schedule. If you do not arrive on time for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the entire service for which you are booked. If you arrive late by 10 minutes or more, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment altogether.

Young Children:

Due to the nature of our business and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere we wish to create for our patients, we ask that you do not bring children under the age of 10 with you to your appointment. Please make arrangements for off-site child care. Thank you for your consideration.
