Included in your treatment is the Defenage 150K Hair Follicle Serum, a fast-absorbing, highly potent serum that treats the scalp and hair follicles, restoring their youthful state. The serum prevents shedding, rebalances the scalp microbiome, and strengthens the hair follicles.
Step 3: Treatment
PRP hair restoration is a simple, quick process that consists of several steps. Our Phlebotomists takes a sample of your blood, then spins the blood in a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich plasma. Your provider then injects concentrated PRP into the areas of your scalp that are experiencing hair loss. Your provider can give your scalp an anesthesia block to ensure that you are comfortable during the procedure. The process is minimally invasive and takes less than 45 minutes to complete.

How Many Treatments Will I Need?
The number of treatments required is determined by the condition of your hair. We recommend starting with 3-4 treatments spaced four weeks apart. Once the desired results are achieved, you will need additional hair restoration 2-3 times per year to maintain the health of your hair.
How long is the treatment?
PRP treatments take about 45 minutes. Drawing the blood and isolating the PRP takes 10 to 15 minutes. The PRP injections take from 5-15 minutes, depending on your needs.
Do you Apply Numbing Cream for PRP Hair Restoration?
No, we do not. However, Your provider can give your scalp an anesthesia block to ensure that you are comfortable during the procedure.
How Long do Results Last
Everyone body responds differently to PRP Hair Restoration. PRP hair restoration treatments can last for a year or more. You will need additional hair restoration 2-3 times per year to maintain the health of your hair.
What Should I Avoid After My Treatment?
Avoid saunas, steam rooms, vigorous exercise, sun/heat exposure, and swimming for at least two days after your treatment. Stay away from alcohol, caffeine, and cigarettes for three days after your treatment – and don’t use any hair products for at least six hours after your treatment.
How Long Does It Take For Hair To Grow After PRP?
PRP takes time to produce new hair growth. In general, you can expect to see new growth within one to three months, with the best results at four months and beyond.
Will I Experience Any Side Effects?
A minority of patients may experience mild soreness and swelling, which should resolve within 24 hours.
