RHA Redensity

The most recent addition to the RHA family, Redensity, is the first soft tissue dermal filler accepted by the FDA for superficial and perioral injections. It boasts the highest elasticity of any HA filler obtainable in the US, making it perfect for diminishing moderate to deep wrinkles in the dynamic and expressive area around the lips and mouth.

RHA® 2

RHA 2 reduces moderate dynamic wrinkles and lines by targeting the middle to deeper dermis layers. It is excellent for treating wrinkles around the mouth and lips and those in the glabella area of the forehead and between the nose and eyebrows.

RHA® 3

RHA 3 is used to fill out deeper facial wrinkles, such as the nasolabial folds, which are the wrinkles between the nose and mouth. These injectables are administered in the mid-to-deep layers of the skin and are used to treat moderate to severe dynamic wrinkles.

RHA® 4

The RHA 4 dermal filler is injected into the top layers of the skin to treat moderate dynamic wrinkles and creases. This type of HA filler is meant to provide volume to a large section of the face, including the cheeks and the contours of the face.

What it Treats

The RHA® collection is formulated with hyaluronic acid (HA) to reduce facial wrinkles and creases. Treatment can cause a significant reduction in wrinkles and facial expression lines, resulting in a long-lasting natural appearance.

RHA® can be used to reduce “laugh lines” (nasolabial folds), glabella lines (wrinkles on the forehead), and wrinkles around the lips and mouth, known as perioral wrinkles.

Benefits

RHA® dermal fillers are able to naturally reduce dynamic wrinkles without making the face appear stiff. This is due to the advanced hyaluronic formula that replicates the hyaluronic acid found in the body, which enables the fillers to move with the skin. This gives the face a more relaxed and natural look.

Furthermore, the effects of RHA® dermal fillers are long-lasting. They can adapt to the natural movements of the skin. They can also reduce deeper wrinkles, restore lost volume, reshape facial features without surgery, reduce vertical lines above the lips, and eliminate crow’s feet, forehead, and undereye wrinkles.

Paired Treatments

Choosing which treatment will yield the best results can be difficult. Fortunately, there are treatments that can be combined with RHA® fillers near Minneapolis, to ensure optimal aesthetic outcomes.

Some examples include Botox, Dysport, and Halo Laser which works by making time holes in the skin with a non-ablative laser, promoting collagen and elastin production.

Another laser is the Moxi Laser, which is gentler and tailors to patients who want preventative treatment.

The Forever Young BBL from Sciton uses BroadBand Light, resulting in photorejuvenation and a brighter complexion.

Ultherapy is a proven method for lifting sagging skin, utilizing ultrasound imaging to generate new collagen and elastin.

Pre Care Instructions

• • Avoid blood thinning medications such as, aspirin, ibuprofen, Advil, Aleve, Motrin, vitamin E, fish oil, St. John’s Wart and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory products one week prior to treatment to help decrease bruising.  
  • Avoid alcohol 24 hours before treatment to reduce bruising. 
  • You are not a candidate if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.  
  • Avoid vaccinations/boosters at least four weeks prior to filler appointments. 
  • Avoid any dental work or cleaning at least two weeks prior to filler appointments.  

Post Care Instructions

• • It is normal to have localized swelling and redness at injection site immediately after treatment. 
  • With any injection there is always the possibility of bruising. Arnica cream can be applied after injections to help bruising heal faster.  
  • DO NOT massage, touch, or press on the injection site. Avoid hard pressure (facials, massage, tight fitting hats or headbands, etc.) on the injection sites for 24 hours. 
  • Avoid makeup for 24 hours after treatment.  
  • Avoid any strenuous activity (cardio, heavy lifting, yoga, etc.) for 24 hours after treatment.  
  • Avoid hot tubs and saunas for 24 hours after treatment. 

We strongly recommend medical grade products for your daily skin care regimen to help with overall skincare goals.  

Please contact us immediately if you notice any of the following after treatment: 

• • Severe pain and/or color change (pale/dusky/blotchiness) of skin. 
  • Herpes or blister-like outbreak. 
  • Severe swelling up to three times increase in size.
