The Skin Rejuvenation Experience
It is very important to us that our patients experience a friendly and relaxing environment. From the moment you arrive for your appointment, a staff member will warmly greet you and offer you a bottle of water or a hot beverage from our coffee/tea bar. You will then spend time in our relaxing patient lounge with comfortable seating, complimentary Wi-Fi, iPads to use, and an array of reading materials. Many patients find themselves engrossed by the monitor showcasing hundreds of our before and after transformations. We will then escort you to our second floor for your skin rejuvenation service.
Since we opened back in 2004, we have offered FREE 30-minute consultations with a physician. Where else can you have a half-hour of a skilled cosmetic physician’s undivided attention at no cost?
If you are here for your first consultation, expect to spend 30 minutes of your consultation in a one-on-one with one of our skilled cosmetic physicians, discussing your cosmetic wishes and getting their expert opinion and a treatment plan to take home. You will also have a free consultation with one of our skin care experts who will complete a thorough skin health analysis and focus on product and skin care education. During your visit, we invite you to shop and browse the many high-quality, medical-grade skincare products displayed in our first-floor retail store.
Skin Rejuvenation Policies
We want to make things easier for you and we know your time is valuable. If there are any intake or consent forms needed to be filled out, our friendly staff will let you know and email you for forms to sign through DocuSign.
DocuSign is completely HIPPA compliant for your privacy.
On Time Arrival:
We ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment, which means allowing time for traffic and parking. For new consultations, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your appointment to fill out intake paperwork.
Late to Appointment Policy
Your time is valuable, so we try our best to ensure appointments run on schedule. We pride ourselves in giving each and every patient the attention they deserve. As a courtesy to all of our patients, if any patient is late for more than half of their appointment time, we will need to reschedule to avoid inconveniencing patients scheduled after them.
Late to Aesthetician Appointment Policy
We strive to render excellent customer service for all our clients. As a courtesy to all of our patients, if any patient is 10 minutes late or more for their Aesthetician appointment, we will need to reschedule to avoid inconveniencing patients scheduled after them.
Due to the nature of our business and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere we wish to create for our patients, we ask that you do not bring children under the age of 10 with you to your appointment. Please plan for off-site child care. Thank you for your consideration.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy to protect the valuable time of our providers, particularly the free time we are providing. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we ask that you provide a 24-hour courtesy notice otherwise you may be charged a service fee for the provider’s lost time. Considering our 24-hour cancellation policy, when booking appointments, we require a credit card number to secure your appointment. Although our consultations are free, we reserve the right to charge $50 for any appointment cancelled less than 24-hours before the start time, including complimentary consultations.
If this should happen more than twice, a $100 charge will be incurred for the third incident. All fees must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled. After three (3) missed appointments, the practice may at its discretion choose to discontinue your care.
