Cancellation / Deposits

Treatment Cancellation Policy

A $150 fee will be charged for all same-day cancellations, no-call/no-show treatment appointments, or treatment appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. This fee is to compensate for the provider’s reserved time.

Consultation Cancellation Policy

A $50 fee will be charged for consultation appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or for no-call/no-show appointments. This fee is to compensate for the provider’s reserved time.

Treatment Deposit Policy

A $500 deposit is required for Ultherapy, CoolSculpting, and Better Booty treatments. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited to compensate for the provider’s reserved time.

Late to Appointment Policy

Your time is valuable, so we try our best to ensure appointments run on schedule. We pride ourselves in giving each and every patient the attention they deserve. As a courtesy to all our patients, if any patient is more than 10 minutes late to their scheduled appointment, Skin Rejuvenation Clinic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment, which will result in a $150 fee to compensate for the provider’s reserved time.

Young Children Policy

In our efforts to cultivate a tranquil environment conducive to our patients’ well-being, we respectfully ask that appointments be attended without children under the age of 12. This measure is implemented for the safety of your child. Due to the nature of our services, we are unable to accommodate children under 12. We appreciate your understanding and kindly ask that you arrange off-site childcare, as our patient lobby cannot accommodate unsupervised children. Please note, Skin Rejuvenation Clinic and its staff cannot assume responsibility or liability for your child, therefore anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Skin Rejuvenation Clinic reserves the right to adjust or change the required fee or deposit amount at any time based on verbal discussions with our patients or at our discretion. Appointment fees can range from $50-$150 but are subject to change. By providing a credit/debit card or a deposit when scheduling, you agree to these terms and conditions and your card being charged.
